Shipping & returns, in plain terms
Shipping
- Where orders ship from. All orders are dispatched from within the United States — there is no overseas wait and no customs step.
- Where we ship to. US addresses only, for now.
- Single bottle. Ships at a flat rate calculated at checkout.
- Buy 2 Get 1 Free bundle. Ships free to any US address.
- Delivery time. Typically 3–5 business days after dispatch. You'll receive tracking once your order is on its way.
Returns
- The window. 30 days from the delivery date.
- Opened bottles. Covered. Trying the product is the point — an opened or partially used bottle does not void the return.
- How to start. Email shop@melovariq.com with your order number and we'll send return instructions.
- Refunds. Issued to the original payment method once the return is received. Please allow a few business days for your bank to post it.
One thing to know: checkout is completed on the official Svelisse store. If your question is about a charge on your statement, include the order number from your confirmation email and we can trace it quickly.
